Weekend Torture
I am so glad the weekend is here. I don’t get a chance to post a lot during the week because of my work schedule.
Today is going to be a busy day. We are taking my son to his dodge ball game at 10 am until 2 pm. Then we get to relax for a bit. This evening is my company picnic. It’s going to be so much fun, well for me it is..lol. To my husband it’s torture. He doesn’t like crowds and socializing. Hard to tell that with all the blogging he does…lol.
I think he will enjoy himself. He has a lot in common with a lot of my co-workers. He is an Optician and he’s been in optics his whole life. There will also be fellow computer geeks there….lol. Maybe that will ease his mind. I am surprised that he didn’t ask me if he could bring the laptop with….That wouldn’t be a first. He takes that thing almost everywhere.
Sunday…good ole’ Sunday. School shopping day!! Tax-free weekend….Another dreaded day for Garry…He HATES shopping! Well, too bad sweetie…you are tagging along!
I know he will be so glad when the weekend is over and life, as we know it, gets back to normal on Monday.

LOL. Now that’s funny. At least you can get your hubby to go shopping with you and the kids, mine just hands me his checkbook and says, “Don’t spend it all”.

Usually he doesn’t go and tells me the same thing, but I guess he wants to make sure I don’t pick out clothes that will embarrass my kids…LOL. I thought the pic was awesome! Totally how I feel sometimes…Thanks for dropping by!!
